We disagree. And as it turns out, our answer was around us all along.
Blessed with only pure Stewart Island rain as our water source, our innovative filtration technique incorporates sustainably-foraged paua, mussel, and oyster shells from the pristine Southern Ocean.
A final, polishing touch of free-flowing tannin-rich waters collected off the very rock of Rakiura herself all result in an exquisitely smooth mouthfeel and delicate minerality fully absent of any pronounced additional flavour.
